So much to sew, so little time.

Time just seems to be flying by at the moment, Easter has been and gone as have the school holidays. I have been really busy with a few new patterns behind the scenes while trying to get organised for mother's day.

The kids easter eggs have been getting me through some late nights....shhhh

Pattern Design is at its best when cups of tea and chocolate are involved :)

I thought I would share some of my recent projects with you.

With Mother's Day just around the corner, our school asked for donations to be sold on the P&C stall (for kids to buy their mums). So I came up with these cute little tissue holders, such a simple project.

I didn't use a pattern, just made it up as I went along. If your interested I will make a quick blog post another time on how to make these. Such a great way to use up scraps and I think they look cute to boot!

Tissue holders, for this small packets of tissues you always lose in your hadbag, how cute are they!

I have also been making a number of hanging dish towels as Mother's Day Gifts. Practical and stylish, I just love these. You can never have enough! Sew your own in time for mothers day, the pattern (Granny Chic Kitchen Essentials Pattern) is available on my website for only $6.50 AU.

My Facebook group is growing at a fast rate, you can join in the fun, share your projects sewn from my patterns and be the first to find out about upcoming patterns and testing opportunities. Here is the link if you would like to join.

Willow Tote Bag Sew Along Super Stars

In my last blog post you would have read all about the Willow Tote Bag Sew Along which ran in my Little Moo Designs Sewcialists Group on FaceBook.

Well what an epic 10 days it has been. So many bags, add on pattern extras, helpful video tutorials and amazing prizes.

The prizes part will be drawn tomorrow - but I wanted to show you how absolutely amazing the Willows have turned out for the sew along participants so far.
Remember - this is the first time that many of these ladies have sewn with vinyl (not that you would know that).

I love them all sew much! Thank you to everyone who has made this sew along as fantastic as it has been.

If you would like to join in the next one or be the first to know about my pattern releases be sure to join my FB group for the details.

You can find details on my pattern range via my website: www.littlemoodesigns.com.au
